All paid fees are non‑refundable where service unavailability is caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including without limitation website system maintenance, technical failure, adverse network conditions, staff absence due to illness, force majeure or other unavoidable events. No refund or compensation shall be offered under such circumstances.
In the event of public health emergencies, epidemic control measures, lockdown arrangements or official regulatory orders issued by Hong Kong or relevant authorities, the Company shall comply fully with official guidelines.
