The Website is the property of HONG KONG JIUSI TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (the “Company”) and its licensors. These Terms of Use shall also apply to all subsidiaries, employees and authorised agents of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review this page regularly for the latest applicable version.

Limitation of Liability
You agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, disclose, adapt, publish or transmit the Website or any of the Company’s intellectual property (including creative works, course materials, videos and all related content) without the Company’s prior written consent.
You shall not upload, post or otherwise publish on our platforms any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or contravenes any applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong or other relevant jurisdictions.
You acknowledge that this Website, all services and products offered by the Company (excluding training courses) shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and accept full legal responsibility for your use of the Website and services. Should you require legal advice, you shall consult an independent legal practitioner qualified in Hong Kong law.
You confirm that all personal information and documentation submitted to the Company (including registration forms, applications and survey data) are true, accurate, complete and up‑to‑date.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, agents and affiliated parties from and against all losses, claims, liabilities, costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your breach of these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to institute legal proceedings in Hong Kong where appropriate.
If you engage in any competing or conflicting activities in connection with the Company’s services or products — including without limitation promoting or providing competing training courses (including forex trading, automated/semi‑automated trading and manual trading courses) — the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and suspend all access to our programmes, products and services without prior notice and without any refund or compensation.
You acknowledge that all courses provided by the Company serve solely as educational and training reference content. You may arrange your own insurance coverage at your discretion. Whilst the Company endeavours to ensure the accuracy of published content, the Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any specific purpose of such information.
To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, the Company disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors or misleading statements appearing on the Website or in related materials. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages arising from your access to or use of the Website, services or training courses. You assume full responsibility and all risks when relying on any Website content.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any membership, service or product application at its absolute discretion, without notice, explanation or liability.
All trading programmes provided during training courses remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. The Company accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of such programmes by users.
Once course registration is confirmed, course transfers or amendments are generally not permitted. If a genuine amendment request is required, you must submit a formal written application via email at least 14 business days prior to the course commencement date, together with supporting evidence. The Company reserves the right to reject any application containing false or misleading information.

No refund or compensation shall be offered under such circumstances.
In the event of public health emergencies, epidemic control measures, lockdown arrangements or official regulatory orders issued by Hong Kong or relevant authorities, the Company shall comply fully with official guidelines. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, consequences or disruptions arising from the implementation of such official measures.
The Company reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate your access to all services and products if you are found to have breached any clause within these Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Hong Kong Standard)
These Terms of Use, together with all related services and product agreements, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
You irrevocably submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. This does not prevent the Company from pursuing claims in any other competent jurisdiction at its discretion.
General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by a competent Hong Kong court, such provision shall be severed and deemed removed, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and valid effect.
No failure or delay by the Company in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that provision or a waiver of any subsequent breach. All formal waivers must be issued in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Company.
All formal notices under these Terms shall be delivered in writing via registered post or official email correspondence. Section headings are for organisational convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
